Turkish and Bulgarian associates have founded it as a representation of the AYVAZ A.Ş. holding “Ayvaz N” Ltd. has its own production, warehouse and administrative building situated on 7000 m2 in the industrial part of Isperih. “Ayvaz N” is equipped with the latest generation of automatic lines and welding semi-automatic machines for the production of flexible stainless steel hoses. The hoses’ ends are welded with female and male pipe-thread fittings (types: nipple – coupling nut or coupling nut – coupling nut). The microprocessor controller of the machines allows high flexibility and precision in the production process. The results are being fully controlled to insure the impenetrability of the weld. “AYVAZ N” LTD has established a Management System ISO 9001:2008 relevant for: Production and trade in metal articles. Dinamika JSC was established in January 1968, based on the regional tractor station with the initial name State Machine Building Plant - Kubrat / DMZ-Kubrat /. Originally, the production consisted of spare parts for agricultural machinery, and later began to produce whole agricultural machinery. In 1974 a smith workshop was built and the factory became a branch of the ""G. Dimitrov"" Machine-building factory in Ruse. The production is intended entirely for the central state-owned DSO ""Agromashina"" and the export is carried out by the centralized specialized foreign trade enterprise ""Agromashina-Impeks"". In the 1980s, the factory exported mainly spare parts to the former Soviet Union republics. Since 1988, the production of complete cardan shafts for trucks for the needs of the automobile factory ""Madara"" in Shumen started. The transition period of economic and social changes in Bulgaria 1989-1991 is characterized by stagnation in production and export, the search for new markets and the reorientation of the production structure of the plant. In 1991, production was renewed, increasing the share of automotive transmissions. The plant specializes in the manufacture and repair of all kinds of universal joints for automobiles. By the mid-1990s, the production of cardan shafts for metallurgical machines was used for the needs of Kremikovtzi and Stomana-Pernik. Despite attempts to stabilize and diversify production in line with new market needs, by the end of 1999, the company is in a precarious economic situation with a weak presence on the domestic and foreign markets. At the end of 1999 the Ministry of Industry announced a new privatization procedure and the only worker-management company of the plant registered as Dinamika-Invest JSC took the risk of participating in the privatization process. Currently Dinamika JSC is a major manufacturer in Bulgaria of cardan shafts and parts for agricultural machines, cars and machines for the metallurgical industry. For less than 3 years, the share of exports to the EU market exceeded 50% of the plant's output. Dinamika JSC is the only factory manufacturer in Bulgaria of cardan shafts for agricultural machines, automobiles and industrial purposes in Bulgaria. The company is located on an area of ​​54,660 square meters. The buildings were put into operation in 1948-1983 and in size they meet the needs for the production activity. The production is organized in two main workshops: forging industrial unit and mechanical industrial unit with industrial unit for equipment, tool industrial unit. Relatively independent are the instrumental and energy departments. Commercial policy is geared to cooperating with leading EU and US cardan shaft manufacturers, with a gradual increase in the share of finished products.
