Modular Wastewater Treatment Plant Continuous Aeration (MWTPCA) BioZone operates in a continuous aeration mode using nitrification and denitrification processes for complete wastewater treatment. It is designed for the purification of domestic-faecal waste water from family houses, huts, motels, hotels, camping sites, small settlements and other similar sites. The MWTPCA BioZone treatment plant is a cylindrical housing made of polypropylene comprising six wastewater treatment zones.

In the course of our work and the experience we have with measuring the value of purified waste water we have found that there is a big problem with the quality of drinking water of many of our customers. These are mainly non-regulated and non-sewage systems for both drinking and wastewater. Primarily the drinking water used is drilling, in it the presence of nitrate is well above the permissible drinking standards.
For the treatment of sludge in MWTPCA purification plants, our team developed and applied innovative technology using an ultrasonic generator with a wide range of intensity. In a fluid environment, the sound is propagated by waves showing a continuous transition in two stages: dilution (negative pressure) and compression (positive pressure). During these alternating cycles, the degree of negative pressure in the dilution area eventually becomes sufficient to cause the fluid to cavitation. This is a process of rapid creation, growth, and implosion of microscopic bubbles in a fluid environment by ultrasound. The generated cavitation leads to the decomposition of the biomass and the sludge to a minimum volume. With ultrasound technology, effective sludge reduction is achieved. The advantage of the treatment technology is that it does not require the use of chemical reagents.
In the innovative product, an additional biomass zone /incubator/ is created, which accelerates, facilitates and stabilizes the process of water purification. The purification plant uses the changing anoxidation and oxidation conditions of cultivation of the purifying bacteria with an additional biomass zone (incubator). Contemporary technology based on combining biomasses. The weaker load on the treatment plant is not an issue because the combined biomass cultivation systems are with excellent purification function and with minimal load.
