Payner started its journey in 1990 with the production of audio and video cassettes for the Bulgarian market and export abroad. In 1993, the company began to expand and enrich its products and reached a complete closure of the production cycle for all offered products - from production to their ready-made appearance on the market. As early as 1993, Payner established its own recording studio. At present, the company has two working sound recording studios. They are equipped with equipment, technological additions and instruments for the professional recording of the highest level.
Since 1995 there has functioned a separate video studio. The company has a professional technique that includes the best world achievements for both audio and video production.
On 13 November 2002, Payner's own TV was launched - the satellite music channel "Planeta". Music TV uses a wide range of technical means to realize the ideas of professional teams. Planeta TV has its own mobile TV station, its own video production house, news kits and everything else needed to create its own video products of perfect quality.
On 15 March 2007, a second Payner TV - Planet Folk, which is a satellite channel for Bulgarian folk music, was launched.
As far as media advertising is concerned, Payner realizes every idea and dream in full media. Payner's trademark ad has its own original style, which has been established for almost fifteen years, and which seeks to maximize the short distance between performers and their admirers.
Payner Studio performs audio and video duplication, prepress and graphic design of the production. The publishing house of the music company has its own printing base built on state-of-the-art technological solutions in this field.
The production base and the head office of Payner Ltd. are located in Dimitrovgrad. The company has its own office in Sofia, with distribution warehouses and shops in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Ruse, Pleven, Veliko Tarnovo, Bourgas, Shumen, Stara Zagora, Haskovo and Dimitrovgrad. Since the middle of 2003, the music company has started building ultramodern music stores "Planeta". Such have been created in Plovdiv, Varna, Stara Zagora and two in Sofia.
Producing activity of Payner is mainly focused on modern folk. With the name Payner, the most famous artists of this genre connect their creative path. In recent years, these are Anelia, Gergana, Ivana, Gloria, Kamelia, Emilia, Preslava, Maria, Malina, Veronika, Rayna, Tatiana, Toni Dacheva, Magda, Essil Duran and others.
The best performers and orchestras of the Bulgarian folk music - Slavka Kalcheva, Kanarite Orchestra, Vievska folk group, Ivan Dyakov, Nikolay Slavek, Polly Paskova, Yuri Krumov, Yanko Nedelchev etc. are linked to the Payner brand.
In the field of Roma music, the leading names were also produced by Payner Studio.
Since 1994, Payner has been the initiator and chief organizer of the festival for a new folk song track "Thrace Folk". The first "Thrace Folk 94" gathered in Dimitrovgrad the best orchestras for Bulgarian folk music and their soloists.
In 1995, popfolk established itself as a genre and as preferred music in Bulgaria and accordingly in line with these trends was established as a compulsory section of the festival "Thrace Folk 95". The next edition of the festival took place in Haskovo, then two in Stara Zagora and its fifth edition was in the summer theater in Plovdiv.
At the end of 2004, the music company launched another initiative - the chain of attractive disco clubs "Planet Payner Club". Such clubs are located in Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Haskovo, Ruse, Blagoevgrad, Targovishte, Stara Zagora, Dobrich, Bansko.
In the summer of 2004, the first event happened that overturned many people's ideas about the scale of pop folk phenomenon - the national tour Planet Prima 2004. In the shortest way it can be described as a triumphant musical tornado, which gathered more than 200,000 spectators in the 15 cities. The next two editions of Payner's summer tour in 2005 and 2006 surpassed the success of the first, which proved that the success of the tour was not accidental.
Music company Payner showed the real dimensions of interest in the most popular musical genre in Bulgaria.
All this defines Payner as an open system for the expression of human talents and skills, an established trade partner of many companies in the country and abroad.
